No Pain, gain!

If you are scared of something go out and face it. You might lose big time but you might as well win, and when you win you are a happier and stronger person... I remember writing this after having finished the longest summit I did: Canton Bern and last Friday it was again a day like this. Lucerne done

Do you know the happy feeling of (re)discovering some new muscles thanks to their pain? Wow it was a looooong break, but so is life, after doing 15 summits in 2015, this year I've done 0 so far. Sottosopra 4.5 – The roof of Switzerland

Night crosscountry skiing and the roof of Switzerland are the ingredients of the fifth episode of the documentary about 27summits aired Sunday 26 July. In the first short clip I go to the top of Neuchatel at night with 2 friends on mountainbike and crosscountry skis. Then a much longer reportage shows my attempt to reach the top of Dufourspitze.
